# MCBestCraft MCBestCraft was a server started by CyberSick99 on 21st February 2011. It was the first Multiplayer server that [[Spikej555|Players/Spikej555]] played on, after having been invited by [[Hockeye11|Players/Inactive/Hockeye11]] and another friend C.A. 2012, and inspired Spike to create the Spanish Fork Minecraft Server in April 2013, which became Supercraft not long after. Ownership of MCBestCraft was transferred from CyberSick99 to AtreyuMarcs (aka B.A. Tetreault) C.A. 2013, and shut down on 31st October, 2014, just after Season 4 of Supercraft began. At that time, BloodDeep rebranded "Hamcraftia" to "We Still Stand", and much of the remaining MCBestCraft community transferred there. WSS then rebranded to "Crimson Eclipse" and continued on until July 2015 when the world was lost due to chunk corruption, a loss which decimated the playerbase. The server would continue until shutting down for good in September 2015, around the time Season 7 of Supercraft began. ### Players Many members of the Supercraft Team came from MCBestCraft. [[Supercraft: The Final Season|History/Supercraft: The Final Season]] uses a freebuild survival approach, inspired by MCBestCraft (though there is no plot world). Moderation tools also include those learned by Spike in his time as a MCBC moderator.
