# Supercraft Department of Public Safety

The Supercraft Department of Public Safety, headed by [[AceofHearts|Players/AceofHearts]], is an inter-region agency headquartered at the [[Ayrith Town Hall|Builds/Ayrith Town Hall]] in [[Ayrith|Settlements/Ayrith]], [[Brynhild|Regions/Brynhild]].

#### 2025 Safety Improvement Plan

On 2025 March 31st, Public Safety Director AceofHearts released the following Safety Improvement Plan:

> A collection of recommendations to promote the safety of players on the Supercraft Server
> - Install beacons of differing varieties
> - Ensure emergency water buckets and ender pearls are present
> - Make available emergency potions (Healing, fire resist etc..) at select locations
> - Install Conduits around big bodies of water
> - Construct in Brynhild a communal farm and place to smelt/craft and stuff
> - Have BPW/BDOT install clearer road signs to avoid confusion, as well as replace at-grade crossings with bridges over roads for minecarts
> - Construct designated water landing pools for elytra, stations for tying up animals, and communal ender chests
> - Along highways, construct sleeping stations, and improve consistency of fences and walls near ledges, enclosed nether transport paths and hubs, and strategic lighting
> - Make available rental scaffolding for building

As of 2025 October 8th, [[BPW|Agencies/Brynhild Department of Public Works]] had constructed rest areas located regularly along Highway 25 and installed lighting on every hectometer of roadway they maintain throughout the region, as well as improved signage and guard rails, though none of the other measures outlined in the plan had been implemented.
